Since I Am, 2015

“We think of ourselves far too frequently just as  individuals. Separated from one another,  whereas you are connected and what you do  effects the whole world. When you do well it  spreads out, it is for the whole of humanity” -  Desmond Tutu

This performance is the result of a research  project based on Desmond Tutu and the  philosophy of ubuntu: ‘we are because you  are, and because you are, definitely I am.’ This  research period has taken place in Cairo,  Egypt.
